Return&Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. When you place an order with us, you can expect items and service of the highest standard. If you contact us within 10 days of delivery with any concerns about your product or order, we will do our best to help.

Return & Refund Window
If more than 10 days have passed since delivery, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused

  • In the same condition as received

  • In its original packaging

Please note: If a returned package arrives in poor condition, we may be unable to issue a full refund or replacement.

How to Return an Item

  1. Carefully package your item(s) so they are in resaleable (brand-new) condition, in the original packaging.

  2. Include a note with your full name, address, order number, and reason for return.

  3. After preparing your return, contact us by email to receive the correct return instructions and shipping details - pierashopoffical@gmail.com.

  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

  5. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
